This is my physical monitor layout.

Monitor #2 = HP E231i, Portrait, 1080 x 1920
Monitor #4 = Samsung C49J89x, Landscape, 3840 x 1080, Primary Display
Monitor #3 = HP E231i, Landscape, 1080 x 1920
Monitor #1 = HP E231i, Landscape, 1080 x 1920

Pertaining to the above red circle, it is extremely difficult to move the mouse pointer between those two monitors. It’s like there’s some sort of resistant block that I have to “break through” with the mouse, hitting multiple times before the pointer actually passes through from Monitor #3 to Monitor #1. In reverse (from Monitor #1 to Monitor #3), there is no issue.

It looks like there's a small gap between those monitors, if you push them together in the Monitor Configuration window it should fix that up.

They are pushed together currently...just like in the Windows Display Settings.

Strange, the troubleshooting info shows a gap. Can you send me a screenshot of your monitors in the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window?
