I'm able to run a game full screen on my second monitor, but if I try to do anything (in this case, use my web browser) on my primary monitor the game minimizes. I'm not even sure this is a DisplayFusion issue (switch back to a PC from a Mac for the first time in ten years recently), but is there a way to force a program to stay in full screen even if I'm using something else?

This is a Windows thing unfortunately. DisplayFusion has a function called "Prevent Window Deactivation" that should help with this, but doesn't work with all games. You can try assigning a key combination to it (Settings > Functions tab), and if that doesn't work, you can also try running the function via a Window Location rule: http://www.displayfusion.com/KB/PreventWindowDeactivation/

Hope that helps!
