As per the pics, when the DF taskbar appears on the 2nd screen, the icons just above the taskbar on the main screen move up a bit.

This is expected behaviour. When the DisplayFusion taskbar (or any other application that creates a docked window at a screen edge) is loaded, Windows adjusts the desktop work area, which affects the desktop icon grid. Icons that are close the taskbar will bump up when this happens.
