Hi all,

I'm using this really annoying modern app called Line (it's a communication tool). I've got a DisplayFusion rule that will trigger always when the app is focused and it will maximize the window of the app.

I'm using trigger on window focus because when I receive a message from someone, there will be a popup banner on the bottom right and if I click on it, it will open the main communication window as maximized. If I do not use window focus trigger, then clicking on the popup banner will open the main communication window as a small window.

The problem here is that when I try to minimize the app on the taskbar by clicking on it (restore action), it will always focus on the window and therefore never actually minimizes.

In fact, if you configure "windows focus" for any app and you try to minimize/restore the app by clicking on the taskbar icon, you can never truly minimize or restore it. Can the "window focus" trigger in DisplayFusion be updated to not do anything when you're simply doing a restore/minimize from the taskbar?

Hello,

I've added this to our feature request list. We don't guarantee that feature requests will be implemented, or offer timelines on possible implementation. We'll be sure to let you know if we do add it to our planned features in a future version.

Thanks!
