I run program that starts up, joining along in the start up is a smaller window, I want this window minimized to system tray automatically, is display fusion capable ?

I scanned the window location and the window management options within display fusion, unless I'm mistaken neither of these appear option appear they can accomplish this ?

You should be able to do that. I've attached a screenshot of the Window Location rule that would do it.

Hope that helps!

This window I am referring to, doesn't show up in the application program list, it's an output window, that tags along when the main program starts up. Can display fusion "listen" then scan and find what this window is and add it to the application list ?

Ah ok, not at the moment unfortunately. The Window Location rules apply to all windows of a specific process, so if it runs under the same process name as the main program, DF wouldn't be able to differentiate between the two.

However, we have an open feature request for being able to create Window Location rules for specific window classes or window titles, so I'll add your info to that. If we're able to implement it in a future version, we'll be sure to let you know!

Thanks!

Just wanted to follow-up to let you know that you can now do move windows by Window Title in the latest beta using the Triggers feature. A primer on the Triggers feature can be found here: https://www.displayfusion.com/KB/WorkingWithTriggers.

Thanks!
