Mirror log on screen

Is it possible to mirror the logon screen to multiple monitors? or at least have a wallpaper on the non primary monitors instead of it being a blank screen?

Unfortunately not. The Windows logon screen is limited to the Primary monitor, and it's not something that can be changed via software
