I have Enable window caption bar middle-clicking to move windows to the next monitor enabled and works fine. Just wanted to know if there is an option to move windows to next monitor mirrored instead of the same position that it was originally in.

Code

,----------,         ,----------,
|       x  |         |  x       |
|       x  |   ->    |  x       |
|       x  |         |  x       |
`----------`         `----------`

instead of

Code

,---------,          ,---------,
|       x  |         |       x  |
|       x  |   ->    |       x  |
|       x  |         |       x  |
 `---------`          `---------`

There's a scripted function for this, actually. Here's how to set it up:
  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions tab, click the "Download Scripted" button
  • Double-click the script named "Move Window to Opposite Side of Next Monitor"
  • Give it a key combination and click OK
  • Optionally, select it, click "Toggle TitleBar Button" (to add it to the caption bar of every application)
  • Click Apply and test it out

Hope that helps!

Exactly what I was looking for, thanks. Is it expected to have a short delay using this script? As opposed to the native "Move Window to Next Monitor" almost instantaneous.

Also, is there a way to disable the system tray notification whenever I trigger the script with the key combination (screenshot attached)?

Figured it out, but I'm not sure if this is what I want. Enabled "Don't Show Tray Icon Notification Balloons" in Advanced Settings, so the balloons don't appear when toggling Scripted Functions. But now I won't get notification balloons when Displayfusion alerts for updates right?

Glad to hear you found the setting! That should speed it up a little bit, but there is a little bit of lag time with the scripted functions while they're being setup to run.

Regarding the update notifications, those are shown in a new window that opens, so you'll still get those :)
