I have 3 screens running nVidia surround @ 5910x1080. When I play any game in full screen the MM task bars will still be on top on the game. Worked fine in windows 7 for years, woke up yesterday to a forced update to Windows 10, fun stuff.
If you disable the DisplayFusion taskbar before you start the game (Settings > Taskbar > uncheck "Enable multi-monitor taskbar"), does this issue still occur?
