I'm having no problem with DisplayFusion (using 6 Pro), but I thought this group might know how to fix this Windows problem. In Windows 8/Control Panel/Display/Screen Resolution my two monitors are switched when I click "Identify". For example, the control panel claims display 1 is my Dell S2409W, but then a bit "2" shows up on that monitor when I click Identifiy.

Just about everything else is fine: resolutions, 2-monitor extension, etc. The monitors are identified correctly in DisplayFusion and the nVidia control panel.

So far the only real problem this causes is that some applications, such as PowerPoint, get the wrong "primary monitor" (needed for presenter notes in PP). Other applications seem to get it right (Alt-Tab for example shows my window list on the correct monitor). It's possible that some things work correctly because DispalyFusion handles them, I'm not sure.

I've seen several related posts but no fixes. Any ideas?

Help appreciated, thanks.

I've never come across that issue before, so unfortunately I can't offer a lot of help. Have you tried updating your video card drivers?
