Monitors have incorrect ID in DisplayFusion

I just updated my GPU(s).
nVidia 8800GTX's
Now, when I go into DisplyFusion, Monitor 1 is 4p and Monitor 2 is 5.
How can I get them back to 1p and 2, respectively?

If you give the new beta a try, it has a number of improvements with monitor detection:

Thanks, but I suppose I'll wait.
I'm running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate...

Beta 10 works with Windows 7 better than any of the previous versions, including the currently available public version.
