So I figure a small logical change to be made would be an option to change what clicking the DF taskbar button does. Personally I would have it go into settings, but you could expand the options to include all of the context menu options, even go to next image and freeze current. Easiest and best way to do this would be a drop down choice in the options tab. Mind you the only thing this would change on the right click activity is change what is bolded.

What do ya think?

I think you must be psychic, that's what I think. :) I have this on my list of things to do for version 3.1.9. I hadn't considered adding the ability to change wallpaper and perform other functions, but I was going to allow you to select which window (and tab in that window) get's opened when the icon is double-clicked. :)

Its single click for me, do you mean an additional double click or will the single click be replaced?

another option I think would be nice would be to enable hotkeys and titlebar buttons to override the compatibility hold on the wallpaper. Like I have this game up, and its on the compatibility list, but I still want to change the wallpaper just for the hell of it all. ATM the buttons nor the hotkey respond, it would be nice to have an additional option to allow for these buttons to override the compatibility option. Maybe a suboption that is in each programs compatibility option? Or maybe an option along the lines of "Allow hotkeys to override wallpaper compatibility" And stick that somewhere?

2 things: I did mean single click as well, I forgot that in Windows 7 it is just a single-click. As for the wallpaper changes, I going to list that as a bug and have it fixed for Beta 1. If you are telling DF to change the wallpaper manually it should definitely override the compatibility setting. Thanks!
