Mouse Functionality on 1 of 4 monitors does not work

One of my users moved locations and in setting up his 4 monitor system finds that the mouse will not "drag&drop" from a single monitor. The other 3 work fine.
Any thoughts please?

Hmm - Fixed. This was due to the fact that the Windows "Display Settings" had a larger than usual gap between monitor 2 and 4 icons.
