I've had this problem for a while on Windows 10 where when DisplayFusion is running, the mouse stops responding for a few hundred ms every 4 or 5 seconds or so. On the 8.1.2 beta currently but this started I dunno, a few versions ago. Not sure what other relevant info I can provide, just let me know.
