Seems like a windows limitation and I was hoping DF had a way around it - (literally) - - But you can see in the attached image, the pink area is a "No Mouse Land" and I can't move the mouse across the screen, I literally have to drive it down and under. I found this to be more annoying that I would have thought.

I found some mouse wrapping settings - but they seemed to work in reverse (which is the way wrapping works) - but I"m wondering if there is a way to just keep going to the nearest monitor. Hopefully the image made it clear what I'm trying to do.
