Hey there. I'd like to nudge the titlebar buttons down, as they don't line up with my other ones, but in Advanced Settings (Icon/Button Offset) I could only get them to go up.
I believe the advanced settings only move them for non-maximized windows. You can create a rule on the Settings > Compatibility tab for all programs, and then set the normal and maximized offsets separately.
I've attached a screenshot with the values I used to centre them when testing.
