is there a way to move between monitors without scrolling through each of them to get to the desired monitor? I want to click and move from monitor 1 to3 , for example.
There sure is!
You can add a TitleBar Button on the TitleBar Buttons tab in the DisplayFusion settings for the "Show Monitor Selector" hotkey. You can then click that TitleBar Button and choose which monitor you would like the window to move to.

Keith, is there an option to do that with items on the Taskbar in addition to having the option to use the Show Monitor Selector?
It's not currently possible, but we do have an open feature request for this functionality and I've added your vote to it.
