Multi-monitor task bar buttons dont work on monitors 2 and 3

Windows 10, Lenovo laptop plus two monitors; Taskbar buttons on monitors 2 and 3 do not open apps; get a message that there is not enough disk space or that another instance of an app is running, or nothing happens. Open fine on laptop. Any thoughts? Screen shots attached

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
