I see this was an issue years ago. I turned on the Multi-Monitor Taskbar yesterday. At first the screens with the DisplayFusion taskbars showed the icons for any Chrome Apps properly (gmail icon for the gmail window etc). Today, all my icons for Chrome Apps show the default Chrome icon. Now I have to hover over each one to see what window is what.
