Note from Binary Fortress: These are just websites that provide wallpapers for download, and are not necessarily available as an automated wallpaper source in DisplayFusion.

Don't forget to use http://www.displayfusion.com to help you manage these excellent multi-monitor wallpapers!

If you know of any more websites with dual (or more) wallpaper images, please post here. Thanks for your suggestions!

Free of charge

WallpaperFusion
http://www.wallpaperfusion.com
100's of high quality multi-monitor images. Created and managed by the creators of DisplayFusion!

deviantART.com
http://browse.deviantart.com/customization/wallpaper/multidisplay/?order=5
Millions of deviations and now also with a section especially for multi monitor images. Probably the most updated list from all. Hint: some images will not be shown in their original size, click Download on the left side to get the original file.
You will find much more there, e.g. Skins for applications, animations, cartoons, lyrics and much more. It is worth a visit.

DualMonitorBackgrounds.com - Dual Monitor Backgrounds *
http://www.dualmonitorbackgrounds.com/
They claim to be the greatest source for dual monitor background images. At least they have the biggest well categorized one. Images are subdivided in categories like "Animals", "Celebrities", "Gaming", "Sports", "Vehicles". There is also a RSS feed available which informs about new images.

eWallpapers.eu - We fill your desktop
http://www.ewallpapers.eu/search_size/2560-x-1024-Dual-Monitor (resolution 2560x1024)
http://www.ewallpapers.eu/search_size/3200-x-1200-Dual-Monitor (resolution 3200x1200)
http://www.ewallpapers.eu/search_size/5120-x-1600-Dual-Monitor1 (resolution 5120x1600)
Approximately 50 images. Also other image sizes available.

fotopanorama.ch *
http://www.fotopanorama.ch/en/liste.php
More than 570 images from Switzerland, Brazil, USA, Canada, Western and Southern Europe. Most of them with natural motives.

Google Image Search
https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=panoramic+wallpaper (Panoramic wallpaper)
https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=dual+screen+wallpaper (Dual screen wallpaper)
https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=triple+screen+wallpaper (Triple screen wallpaper)
Most likely the biggest index of wallpaper...

GRIN - GReat Images of Nasa archive
http://hea-www.harvard.edu/~fine/Tech/desktop-images.html
Circa two dozen of space images in high resolutions.

HD Wallpapers *
http://www.hdwallpapers.in/2560x1024_dual+monitor-wallpapers-r.html (resolution 2560x1024)
http://www.hdwallpapers.in/3200x1200_multi+monitor+4_3-wallpapers-r.html (resolution 3200x1200)
Around 50 dual and triple screen wallpaper.

Hongikat.com - 70+ Beautiful Dual Monitors Desktop Wallpapers
http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/70-beautiful-dual-monitors-desktop-wallpapers/
Majority of the greatest dual screen wallpapers are based on nature sceneries. Many of them are manipulated to give them a touch of fantasy.

InterfaceLIFT.com *
http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper_beta/downloads/date/dual_monitors/
More than 1800 dual and triple screen images, subdivided into groups of specific resolutions. You have to go through each of them, there is no option to show all dual screen images at once. There are also lots of other image formats available (e.g. triple monitor, HDTV, Playstation Portable and iPod)

Jim's Widescreen Wallpapers *
https://www.flickr.com/photos/jimswidescreenwallpapers/
Over 960 pictures so far and mostly 5760x1080 or above. Images are mostly high quality screenshots of some games.

mandolux.com
http://www.mandolux.com/
Enormous collection (estimation: more than 500) of multi monitor images, collected since 2002. Unfortunately, lots of the images are splitted into left and right part, so you have to merge them manually. Some are already available via Flickr, which saves you the effort of merging them. But the worst part is: There is always only one image available which changes irregular.

Panoramic Photographs *
http://www.loc.gov/pictures/search/?st=grid&co=pan
The Panoramic Photograph Collection contains approximately four thousand images featuring American cityscapes, landscapes, and group portraits. The images date from 1851 to 1991. Lots of them are copies from b&w film negatives or from intermediary roll film copy. All files are available as uncomressed TIFF files, too.

Photospanos *
http://www.photospanos.com/?page=showthumbs&id=24
145 giant (up to 6200 pixels wide) panoramic images from North America and Western Europe. For most of the images at least three monitors seems to be a good idea.
It is probably the perfect page for you if you like cows (only two of them are panoramic).

QuadMonitorBackgrounds.com - Quad Monitor Backgrounds *
http://www.quadmonitorbackgrounds.com/
See DualMonitorBackgrounds.com - Dual Monitor Backgrounds, it is equivalent.

WallCoo.net
http://www.wallcoo.net/Dualscreen/index.htm
Collection of 209 dual screen images. Offers more than 50k other images, too. Nice page for all who want to practice their traditional or simplified Chinese.

Wallpaper Abyss *
http://wall.alphacoders.com/by_category.php?id=21&name=Multi+Monitor+Wallpapers
More than 1800 images, divided into some categories. Thankfully, it is possible to order by date, so it is worth to take a look from time to time.

WallpapersWide *
http://wallpaperswide.com/
Thousands of dual screen wallpaper. Available in a variety of different resolutions.

Wikimedia Commons - Panoramic Photos
https://www.google.de/search?tbm=isch&q=site:commons.wikimedia.org+panoramic
Wikimedia Commons provides a central repository for free photographs, diagrams, maps, videos, animations, music, sounds, spoken texts, and other free media. With this Google search only images which are tagged with "panoramic" will be returned. Unfortunately there's no reliable way to sort the results. Also there are no categories. Luckily, this is provided by Wikimedia itself, see http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Panoramics

WPanorama.com - Panoramic images *
http://www.wpanorama.com/whatsnew.php (list of all entries)
http://www.wpanorama.com/panoramas.php (listing of categories and coutries)
http://www.wpanorama.com/summary.php (list of all images with small preview)
More than 3.000 panoramic images! I guess all of them with the nature as motive. Unfortunately every image comes within its own zip file.

With costs

The following pages may have images for free. But to gain access to the multi monitor images you have to pay a fee.

DigitalBlasphemy.com
http://www.digitalblasphemy.com/
The members area offers you around 300 dual and triple monitor wallpapers. As much as I can see, all images are computer generated only (by one person!).

VladStudio.com
http://www.vladstudio.com/
There are plenty of dual and triple monitor wallpaper. They are all computer generated, but not the typical 3D stuff, it is kind of vector graphics, really cute style. Unfortunately there are no categories available. But it is possible to download all files with one zip file.

* = Entries marked with an asterisk are also available within one RSS feed, see http://dbCF.de/blog/rss-feed-for-multi-monitor-dual-triple-quad-wallpaper-sites/ (German version: http://dbCF.de/blog/rss-feed-fur-multi-monitor-hintergrundbilder-2/) for details.

Jon, how much trouble was it to come to an arrangement with vladstudio for it's inclusion in DisplayFusion? It would be wonderful to add wallpapers from places like DeviantArt.com...

@Benway: I was approached by someone who suggested the integration, because VladStudio already had an API. I talked with Vlad and the idea was kicked off. Most sites (like DeviantArt) don't offer an API, and as a result, I can't integrate with them. :(

Hi,
Another site with well over 1000 ,mostly panoramic pics
is WPanorama.
While the pics are meant to be used in the corresponding program,
they come in a zip file with a config file.
No problem just using the jpg separately.
Home page:
http://www.wpanorama.com/wpanorama.php?r=1246201097
Categories:
http://www.wpanorama.com/panoramas.php
All listed so far:

If you want even more, http://www.wpanorama.com/links.php

Have fun :-D

I've added WPanorama.com, really a very impressive collection!

I will fight myself through the links as soon as possible to check what should be added to the list.

Hi Carsten,

Thanks for adding WPanorama to the list and also for starting the list in the first place.
BTW,for those who don't know the program, check it out.
It's another way to display your pics/panoramas as slowly changing scenes.
The author/developer is one helluva nice guy,I have known for several years.
He also keeps improving the program constantly.

You're right, there is a very nice collection on that site.
Good luck with the links ;) - To be honest,I haven't quite finished going through all of the links yet ;)
Trouble is, links lead to more links and before you know it you're 4 or 5 links deep and several hours diappeared ;)

It's very easy not to lose orientation: Simply write a script which downloads all the zip files... ;)

To be honest,I don't know exactly how to do this - I would do it via a download manager,
but if you want to enlighten me,I'd be grateful for your input.
Actually , I meant the links in the URL at the end of my message ;)

As there are no ads on wpanorama.com I hope it is okay to offer a script which helps to download all zip files at once (approx. 900MB). It can be found on . The list can be copied into some download manager (e.g. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201) or used within a browser like Opera (press Ctrl+Alt+L).

Have fun!

Hi Carsten,

I appreciate the list, but think I will use it with discretion and only D/L a limited number at one time.
Since WPanorama is not a commercial venture and server costs are born by the author, his server capacity may be limited.
I don't know what his bandwidth is either, but think that wide spread use would possibly impact other users or overload the server.
Normally, people would only D/L a few pics at the same time or consecutively, but not as multi-threaded requests.
Just my thought on it,but you may want to make the list available on special request only.
Some people may not have the consideration how it will affect others.;(

Yes, I've also thought about the traffic on this page and if it may be better to offer the list only on request. I have removed the url, this should be better. :)

"Pretty cheap" is relative. ;)
But nevertheless I've added digitalblasphemy.com. With this addition, I've moved both "With costs"-pages to an extra section.

Speaking of VladStudio, it seems that the categories and/or keywords have been updated so it's possible from the site to specify two monitor christmas wallpapers:

h ttp://www.vladstudio.com/wallpapers/?categoryID=&kw=christmas&for2monitors=1&for3monitors=&order=id&orderdir=desc

Would it be possible to work this into DisplayFusion somehow?

Hi darcilicious,

This thread is about pages in the WWW where you can find multi monitor images. Your request is totally valid, but please create a new thread for this request. Otherwise it may not catch the attention of Jon.
