I have the windows taskbar on my main monitor hidden. When move my mouse down to unhide it the taskbars on other monitors will go away and then looks like they reload back. It happenes everytime I show and hide the main taskbar with the mouse hover. I switched back to Beta 23 and it is not happening anymore.

I've got the same (or similar problem)
Win10. 2 monitors both with hidden task bars.
Have multi apps running on monitor 1 & 2 apps on monitor 2.
Moving mouse to bottom of monitor 1,to unhide the taskbar, the two apps. icons from the 2nd monitor taskbar show on monitor 1 taskbar for a couple seconds, then disappear from taskbar on monitor1. They stay on monitor 2 taskbar OK.
Been happening since updating to 10.0.24
Have gone back to Beta 23 & problem gone.

Same problem for me also. Reverted back to Beta 23 all is good.
