I'm just sick of the multimonitor taskbar working so bad all the time.
Windows 11. I have it fixed, no autohide, and all the time it just loses its foreground "priority", and normal non fullscreen windows apps like Chrome, etc get in front of it, so the taskbar is left in the background and I can't access it unless I minimize all the windows...

I can disable/reenable it and it starts working, but soon after ends up misbehaving again and keeps doing the same, and the maximized windows of apps doesn't take the taskbar into account, so their bottom part get occluded in the background: https://i.imgur.com/Olq2pIJ.png

This is being happening for a long time, and it's driving me mad.

We've had a few customers mention this on Windows 11, but we haven't been able to reproduce anything on our end unfortunately :(

I've noted your contact information down, so we'll be sure to let you know if we have any news on this going forward.

Thanks!

Maybe it's some kind of conflict with StartAllBack? ( https://www.startallback.com )

I just updated to the last version and suddenly the DF multimonitor taskbar got fixed...

The only way I found to fix it is restarting the Explorer.exe process and restarting DisplayFusion.

I have a similar problem. Sometimes the taskbar buttons (DF ones) are not responsive, I have to click twice or three times.

This all started with DF Beta 12. Up until Beta 11 it was fine. So something changed with Beta 12.

Hello,

This issue should be fixed up in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.

With this beta, DisplayFusion should prompt you to restart explorer when the issue happens.

Thanks!

I am already running Beta 15, since it was released. I always use the most recent beta. The issue still happens, and DisplayFusion never asked me to restart Explorer. Not a single time.

We had to pull the beta due to an issue with autohidden taskbars, but it should be back up now :)

Let me know if you run into any issues.

Thanks!
