Why doesn't Windows Explorer display all files the files on multiple screen desktop ?

When I add files to the desktop of monitor number two for example, Windows explorer only shows the files on the desktop for monitor number one ?

It's possible the latest beta that I'm running which is 7.3 (Beta 4) solved the problem, all the files on both monitors are listed, either that or there was an update for Windows10 which fixed the problem.
