Not in the latest stable version, but you can do this in the latest beta, as the Window Location feature has been replaced with a feature called "Triggers" which will allow you to assign multiple Actions to a rule. After updating to the beta, your Window Location rules will be imported, so you can just edit the existing one and add the extra actions that you need
