Firstly english isn't my first language so sorry for all mistakes. I have two monitors one on hdmi(main) with resolution 1920 x 1080 and one old on DVI-I with 1280x1024 so when i turn off my main monitor my second monitor gets all applications and windows from the first also it changes resolution similar to the first one. Also it works that way when i start any game. Before i could start a game or turn off my first monitor and the second one would stayed the way it was without the windows i opened on first. I have windows 7 x64 ,rainmeter and DreamScene.

edit.Sorry for the post but i just fixed it by changing the hdmi to first port before it was on second
so if someone have something similar problem then change ports in monitor
