A recent AVG and Avast antivirus update is preventing DisplayFusion 9.9 from launching on some systems. If you're running into this issue, please update to the latest DisplayFusion 10.0 Beta.
Not sure what's happening, but after the recent windows update, i've been experiencing some bugs/glitch with DF..
Today i noticed that on the title bar, i'm missing Minimize Button (on Main Display), but when i move the to my secondary display, the minimize button is there.
Another bug is the missing Display Fusion quick icon on the title bar (which whenever i press, will move the window to next monitor). This happens only on the main monitor, but when i manually drag the window to my secondary monitor, the icon is there.
Strange, when the minimize button is missing on your main monitor, does the issue fix itself if you close down DisplayFusion?
Thanks!
Hi Owen!,
Yes, upon exiting DF, the bug disappears.
Actually now the DF icon ((move window to next monitor) on the title bar is overlapping on top of the minimize button, hence i can't minimize the window without accidentally press the DF icon (move window to next monitor).
However, on chrome, i got no DF icon at all on the title bar..
1) For the overlapping, you can open up the DisplayFusion Settings window and head to the "Compatibility" tab, add in the application, and adjust the button offset values.
2) For chrome, can you try enabling the following option in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings window: TitleBar Buttons: Don't Hide for Top-Tab Web Browsers
3) I can't seem to reproduce the issue with Whatsapp on my end. If you disable titlebar buttons entirely (DisplayFusion Settings > Functions > Uncheck "Enable Titlebar Buttons"), does that minimize button come back?
