I do not have a tool bar for Screen saver. I have included the Screen Savers section form the Troubleshooting section.
Any ideas on what I can do to turn on Screen Savers??

I found the problem:
removed the "scrnsvr.exe" in the regestry
this allowed Display fusion to provide the Screensaver tool bar.
