Hi there,

I've been scouring the forums for a little bit and haven't found an answer/solution to my issue... apologies if it HAS been answered before and I'm just blind :)

I'm trying to get the multi-monitor taskbar to be displayed on my left (primary) monitor split. I'm running a super ultra wide monitor with a 50-50 split. The primary monitor's taskbar (left) has the windows taskbar options when I right click on it, and the right monitor "properly" shows the multi-monitor taksbar options.

I'd like to be able to:
1) have the multi-monitor taskbar options and behavior be available on the primary (left) split
2) be able to have the windows menu/search open up on my secondary (right) monitor split

I think having the search menu open up on the non-primary monitor isn't doable (or at least after starting to type) based on the Windows 10 known issues thread, but I'm hoping #1 can be achieved with the current options available in the software.

Thanks! :)

There is an advanced setting to choose the split that should get the Windows taskbar. In Settings > Advanced Settings, set this option to what ever split (e.g. 1.2) you want it to be on: Taskbar: Windows Taskbar Split Monitor ID

Hey Keith, thanks for the reply!

I'm actually looking to have the multi-mon taskbar on both splits, and NOT have the windows taskbar at all.

Is this possible?

Ah, unfortunately not. We're hoping to add a feature to replace the Windows taskbar, but so far it hasn't been reliable enough to ship. If we're ever able to get it working well, we'll be sure to let you know!
