I use Windows 10 pro 64 bit, GTX 970, 3 monitors and Nvidia surround spanning so, my computer Resolution is 5760x1080.

here is my question. Windows Notification Center are show up monitor 3. I only want to show in monitor 1. How do I set it up?

there is Feedback hub in Windows 10, if there enough activity about notifications maybe they will enhance them better. i.e.
look for "Notification customization"
