I used to have all three taskbars at the bottom of my screen even when using Nvidia surround. But Nvidia came out with a new driver which disabled surround temporarily (while I updated) and after reenabling surround, I can't seem to get them back. Any help? Thanks

I got it working by using the splits and padding screen on the monitor configuration page. (I have bezel correction so it stumped me for a bit)

Although now I'm unable to play games in fullscreen mode

False alarm, Certain games wont work in fullscreen, will use a program to force them to borderless windowed
