Pause random desktop rotation while in full screen app

Does anyone know of a way to pause the rotation of desktop images while in a fullscreen application?
I play CSGO on 1280x960 and when a new background is loaded while in that resolution it will become offset when going back to 1920x1080

There are a couple of options in the Wallpaper Settings (the button for this is at the bottom of the wallpaper window) that will help here:
  • Pause wallpaper changes while a full screen application is running
  • Warn me if my wallpaper needs adjusting
  • Fix my wallpaper without prompting

Enable all three of those and you should be all set :)
