I have been experiencing 1-2 second freeze on my new laptop. I do not have this issue when Display Fusion is not running.

Specs:
Laptop: Lenovo P1 Gen4
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11950H @ 2.60GHz 2.61 GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3030 Laptop GPU
Monitors: 2 Samsung 27" @ 1920x1080 (I'm not using the 4k laptop display)
