I'm trying to configure different settings for TitleBars in different applications (enabled/disbled, horizontal offset, etc.). I've been trying to use Compatibility rules to accomplish this but I guess I don't understand the heirarchy. How do I make a global rule for all applications and then add per-appliction exceptions or custom values?
You can adjust it globally in the Advanced Settings, by changing the "Button Offset: Horizontal/Vertical" setting under the "TitleBar Buttons" section.
You can then adjust it per app via the compatibility tab.
