I had noticed a considerable amount of visual lag that I was experiencing in the recent days with my VirtualBox Guest machines that I use for work. It appears that this is being caused by the new version 10 update. I have downgraded for now to 9.9 as I had no problems with that package.

I also noticed that the Pausing/Loading Next Slideshow Image when using the timed slideshow feature no longer functions on version 10. When attempting to Pause the slideshow it will only Pause and never Resume as it properly should when selecting it again. Selecting the "Load Next Wallpaper Slideshow Image" option also does not appear to function at all in version 10.

Just wanted to inform you guys on these issues! Big fan of your software and have used on all of my PCs for over a decade!

I was able to reproduce those wallpaper issues on my end so I've added them to our list to look into.

Is DisplayFusion installed on the local machine, or inside of your VM's as well?

Thanks for the kind words!

I do not have them installed on any of the guest VMs, currently my only DisplayFusion installs are on my bare metal Windows workstations or laptops. Currently the stuttering behavior was with Oracle VirtualBox as my hypervisor and I have not tried out anything with VMWare or Hyper V alternative platforms.

We've released a new beta with some changes that might help here, can you try it out and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi Owen,

Apologies for not chiming back in on this topic. I did upgrade to version 10.1.2 several weeks ago as I had kind of forgotten about the issue for quite some time. I am no longer having that problem with VirtualBox and it has been a seemless transition to the recent version in terms of functionality and performance.

Thank you for the assistance on this!
