Hi again I was pleased to hear that you had solved the flickering problem but today when I d/l 3.1.3 and tried it out I found out that it still flickers/redraws every time the wallpaper changes. I have a plasma tv as my second monitor and thought that might be the problem, so I decided to use another lcd monitor instead and same thing still flickers not to sure what might be causing it. Problem occurs in Windows Vista x86, I have the latest drivers and updates
Can you try unchecking the "Use transitions" wallpaper option and let me know if the problem still happens? What version of Windows are you using?

So I unchecked "Use Transitions" and the problem is still there. I'm using Vista Home Premium.

confirmed. Same here.It was gone a few builds ago (when you finalized wallpaper transitions) but the redraw problem reappeared
