Is it possible to configure so that when you go fullscreen it will fill all available monitors and not just one? I mean physical monitors, not a single with splits.

Unfortunately this isn't possible with full screen applications. Something like Nvidia Surround, or AMD Eyefinity should be able to help you out here though.
