If you downloaded DisplayFusion 12.0 and are having issues with languages please re-download and re-install. We have repacked the release as 12.0c with the languages fixed.
Unfortunately it's not going to be possible for us to add custom toolbars to the DisplayFusion taskbar. Maybe something like FreeMeter will work for you? It creates a system tray icon, and you can add a floating graph:
