I have a feeling this isn't possible but I'm hoping there's a way with display fusion!
FG in Microsoft Flight Simulator is automatically paused when I click an application on my secondary monitor, I'd really love to find a way to prevent this if possible.
You can try using our "Prevent Window Deactivation" function so it doesn't lose focus when you swap. Aside from that I don't think there's much we can do here, sorry!
