With today's installation of "2024-03 Kumulatives Update für Windows 11 Version 23H2 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB5035942)", the taskbar and maximized windows behave as described below:

The Windows taskbar is now only displayed on a virtual screen and no longer across the entire monitor. The taskbars of the additional screens are hidden. I can't find a way to display this across the entire monitor again, but not on each virtual screen. See the screenshot!

Secondly, after the program starts, windows are no longer displayed in full screen, but reduced in size with a narrow border. See the screenshot!

Thanks!

I have since been able to successfully restore the taskbar. This was changed without any involvement from me. For whatever reason?
Screen configuration -> taskbars
Check!

Unfortunately, the gaps at the edge are still there. Even after a new installation. We've had this before... https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/windows-start-menu-and-gap-between-programm-and-taskbar/?ID=c4fc688a-2ee3-43d9-a39a- cc964fe25884 :'(
