So I created 2 monitor profiles and gave them each a shortcut (ctl+2 / ctl+3). I wanted to change the shortcuts as they are in conflict with another program, but every time I try to change them, it seems to work, but then eventually reverts back to the ones I originally set. I have made changes and reopened the program and the new shortcuts are there, but I have gone back hours later and and it has reverted back.
any ideas?

Strange! Are you setting the key combinations in the Monitor Configuration Window? And are you clicking the Apply button before exiting out?

Yes, I've done that each time I have tried to change them.

If you open up the Display Fusion settings window and go to the "Functions" tab, can you try to set the key combinations for your monitor profiles there, and see if they stay?
