Hey Jon,
How about adding something like what is being discussed here into Display Fusion. My contribution is in post number 9 in the linked thread:

That sounds like an interesting idea, but one that is outside the scope of what I want to accomplish with DisplayFusion. It is something that annoys me as well, so if you come across anything that helps please let me know. :)

Can't an option be added to help this as it is an issue that people will come across when using DF. A program has been linked to in that topic called MouseTrap which is meant to work but it doesn't work on windows 7.
