Is there an easy way to toggle the Touchpad on and off? Right now, it's a bit of a pain to navigate to the settings panel and have to do it there.
Would be nice if there was a hotkey? Like WIN+F6 or CTRL+F6, whatever

Unfortunately it's not possible to use the Fn key. The key combinations need to be registered globally with Windows, and Windows itself doesn't allow the Fn key as a modifier.
