Does DisplayFusion Allow Me to Set a Default Window Size and Location for Different Applications? Thanks.

It sure does! Here's how you can do it:

Create a custom HotKey for the size and location that you want, and give it a name like "Default Firefox Size/Location"
Create a Window Location rule, selecting "Run Selected HotKey on the Window" as the Window Action
Choose the HotKey from the HotKey list in the Window Location rule editor and save it
