Yesterday I convert russian e-money (WebMoney) into PayPal's $$$ via local service http://my-xchange.com/
Today I received a letter with license key. When I post it into program, DF print name "Valerit Chuksin" (last 5 chars of key is "noHCH").

Is it possible to re-register license on my name?
