It's really annoying to see the taskbar message pop up in the middle of my workflow. Is it possible to get rid of it?

Is it still possible to hide the balloon notifications in Windows 10? Where do I turn them off? I can't seem to find the settings by following the directions above. Running DiffusionPro 9.7
