Is it possible to override the windows taskbar with the DF one even if i only have a single screen as I'm currently using a laptop.
I have tried the step detailed in this thread https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/anyway-to-make-the-df-pro-taskbar-override-the-windows-taskbar/?ID=3d0cad5b-2ab0-4b2d-acbc-cd2b45389c38 but to no avail.
The steps in post #6 of that topic should do the trick. Which part did you run into trouble with?

taskbar magic will get rid of the taskbar just fine. It's just that DF wont overlay a taskbar after that. Could it have something to do with the fact that its only one screen.
Did you enable the "Taskbars > Show on all monitors" option in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings window? That should force it to put a taskbar on the Primary monitor, even if there's only one monitor attached.
