Hello.
If I may, I have a few requests for triggers:
  • 1) ability add labels to triggers, this would make it easier to organize them
  • 2) ability to copy triggers so we don't have to fill out all fields every time. If not from list itself, perhaps via additional "save as new" button in the edit trigger window, which would become avaible when any conditions/actions changed.
  • 3) remember column widths and/or fit width to content. Since we can't resize window itself, this would be very useful

Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback! I've added the second and third thing to our list.

For the labels, how would you like to see them? Would they show up in a tooltip when you hover the Trigger? Or would they be in another column?

If we could pick and chose columns and perhaps even sort them, than sure a new coulmn wouldn't hurt. Otherwise in "Sort" column next to the icon or number maybe, especially if column size is remembered it would work too.

Ok, thanks! I've added that to the feature request list as well.

  • 4) ability change window location without resize. Perhaps if width/height set to a negative number, it should be ignored? This would apply to window position profiles as well. Some applications dynamically change it's window size and some even act weirdly when attempted set any size, i.e. FloatLED

You could do this by creating a Custom Function on the Settings > Functions tab, and then running that function from the Trigger rule :)

I have a lot of triggers. I might have 3~4 triggers for the same app and many different triggers for different apps. It becomes hard to manage them and understand what they are for.

If we can create a display name for each of the trigger, or some sort of description to describe what they are for, then it'll be easier for management.

@chaoscreator: I've merged your request into an existing topic for the same thing and I've added your vote to the feature request internally :)
