The desktop context menu has many options for wallpapers, plus settings and monitor config.

Why not put some useful options there like 'move all windows to this monitor'

Why?

So that when the primary display is off, there's an option to get the DF and nVidia and settings window to the current monitor.

I'm not posting this for workarounds.

This is a feature request that is too obvious to ignore.
