Not at the moment, but we're planning to add Scripted Functions for working with the Window Position Profiles, so it would be available then. I'll be sure to post an update when that's done
We've added scripting functions for saving/loading Window Position Profiles in the latest beta, available here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta. Please let me know if you still run into any trouble after updating.
