I'm getting this same message and think its because DisplayFusion is not comparing names including extension. For example I have a folder named "WOTR ModFinder" and an icon named "WOTR ModFinder.lnk" and get the message.

Actually it seems like its only compaing the name from left to right up to the first space... so an icon named WOTR.lnk and a folder named "WOTR ModFinder" also cause the message..

I can reproduce the first issue which is expected because it can only compare on the icon text, not the actual filename.

I can't reproduce the second issue though. I created a "WTOR.lnk" and a "WTOR ModFinder" folder, and the profile saves and loads as expected. I did run into a Windows bug where after renaming a desktop icon, it showed the new name but wasn't actually changed, so I wonder if that's what happened on yours? If you reboot after setting those names, does it still show the duplicate icon warning?
