I've had this issue in the past as well. My dual monitor setup will flicker every 10 seconds. I don't know how, but I got it to go away previously. However, whenever I do a Windows Update, or restart my PC, or even switch to a duplicated/extended/etc projector, it goes back to flickering.
I tried searching through the forums that already exist, but I couldn't find anything that would correct my issue.
If you exit DisplayFusion, does the flickering stop?

I did restart my PC and one screen is now fine, but the other is still flickering. The screen still flickers after closing DisplayFusion. I guess I'll keep looking.
Ok, good luck! I'd start with checking the cables (try replacing them with known good cables) and go from there.
